On a whim we went to a Bee's game Saturday night and dragged our good freinds and next door neighbors The Kings with us. After the ball game they let us come down on the field (the grass is so amazingly soft and plush) to watch the fireworks.
Here we are on the Bee's baseball field just after the game ended and before the fireworks. The last official day of Summer! School starts for Jacob on Monday. We thought it would be fun to end it with a bang.

The Family at a dutch oven dinner for Suzi's B-day. Holly came out ALL THE WAY FROM ALABAMA!!! We miss you Holly Dolly that was so much fun.
Notice Jacob's shoes. We got all the way up the American Fork Canyon and realized Jacob forgot his shoes. He was so upset till Aunt Kristin saved the day.

Solar Oven Baking. It really works! The oven cranked up to about 275 in no time even at 3 or 4 in the afternoon. These mini cupcakes were done in about 30 minutes. I can't figure out why this particular solar oven imparts a weird metalic flavor to baked goods.
